Kyle & Danielle’s wedding film is beautiful, emotional, and full of love. This was the perfect wedding day. I am so honored that I got to shoot this wedding. Thank you Kyle & Danielle for letting me be a part!
Below you will find comments from Kyle & Danielle about their wedding day:
What was your most memorable moment for the day?
Our first look
What was the biggest challenge you had to overcome while planning your wedding?
Making everything I had dreamed of fit the budget as best as possible (and prioritizing what was most important).
What was most important to you when you were wedding planning?

Tell us about any meaning detail/special moment(s) during your ceremony.
I loved that we decided to do the unity cross (instead of unit sand or candle). It was new, different, and meant a lot to us. I also loved that a close family friend of mine was who married us.
Tell us about meaning detail(s) during your reception.
The most emotional part for me was when Kyle did an unexpected speech and thanked our families and friends for everything.
From Kyle: being gone so often. I took nine trips to China during 2014, which made wedding planning much more difficult. I felt terrible as I wasn’t able to help Dani a fraction as much as I wanted to. Also, the wedding being in Tulsa made things more difficult. Most important, making Dani happy. I really enjoyed the toasts from our best friends, and having the opportunity to thank Dani, her parents, and my parents for everything. Lastly, having a couple travel all the way from Canada was special. Also, having my late grandpa’s life long best friend come from New Mexico, it was really touched my family.
Tell us about finding your wedding dress.
I shopped 2 different times, at 4 different stores. I found it at a little Bridal boutique in downtown Oklahoma City called Meg Guess. I almost knew that it was the one before even putting it on, even when it was just on the hanger. Both of our mothers and one of my maids of honor was with me that day. We All loved it instantly.
What advice do you have for couples currently planning a wedding?
Have a to do list, and take it one step at a time. Don’t put things off and get started right away.
What’s next for you as a couple? What are you most looking forward to about married life?
For now, getting back to some normalcy, relax, and travel together before we decide we’re ready to have kids.
From Kyle: advice: don’t overly stress about the details. Nobody is going to remember then anyways. What’s next: continue enjoying life together, try to travel a little before we begin to make a family! We are looking forward to being a great team, being successful and happy together!
Enjoy! Nick
