This weekend I have the opportunity to film John & Danielle’s wedding in Emporia, Kansas. I cannot wait to get up there and spend the day with these two awesome people. One thing that I love about what I do is spending time with unique wedding couples. I asked Danielle if she would be willing to share a little bit about her and John.

From Danielle:
John and I met in high school. We lived in a very small town so everyone knew everyone. When John was a senior and I was a sophomore he asked me to the prom. We talked and became friends and started dating that summer! We have had many ups and downs but always had each other. I was in my clinical rotation at Wesley medical center in Wichita, and while I was there John had went and picked out a ring and took it to my parents house to ask their permission! They of course said yes and they started planning how they could surprise me, get picture of it, and have my family there. Their plan was that my grandma would convince me that we were taking family pictures for a Christmas project she was making. We showed up and durning family pictures he got down on one knee and proposed!! I was so surprised and excited! Now 7 years and 8 months later we are getting married!!! We are best friends and cannot wait to see what the future has in store for us!!!
