From Cole & Jaimie:
Cole and Jaimie met in 7th grade during the first day of track season. From then on, they knew each other throughout middle school and high school. They reconnected after high school in February of 2010 and made their relationship official May 15, 2010. They had been together for 3 1/2 years, both with their new careers (Jaimie a nurse and Cole and firefighter), and decided it was time to move forward with their relationship and bought a house together. Little did Jaimie know, Cole had something more in mind. Because they had a brand new home, they decided to invite both their families over for Christmas. The day was going great until their dog Izzy fell down the windowsill and broke her leg. Jaimie was so upset and hardly noticed Cole’s multiple trips to the bathroom ( to rehearse what he was going to say). As soon as the last person walked through that door, Cole moved himself at the front of the house pushing Jaimie alongside him to thank everyone for coming. Then, Cole turns to Jaimie and says “Jaimie, I have another gift for you” as he is reaching in his back pocket and tells her how much he loves hers and wants to spend the rest of his life with her and gets down on one knee and pops the question. She, of course, said yes! The rest is history 🙂

I am really looking forward to Cole & Jaimie’s fairy tale wedding! Congrats, guys!
